If you do not have AAA, then this is a contact worth putting in your phone. My wife ran over a deck-nail just before entering our driveway. The tire was too flat to take the Jeep to a shop. I&I is a mobile shop on wheels. They came out last night in the dark and changed the tire, mended the flat, and re-mounted it as the spare. All for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes. Amazing service. There are only a couple of companies in Atlanta that will do this. It could be a tremendous help – and prevent a costly tow.

I was in Atlanta from out of town, staying in the centennial park area. When I went to get my car out of the valet, they told me that I had a flat tire. Naturally, I was in a panic. I called some local tire services who said they would not do mobile services and recommended that I have my car towed to them. Then I found I&I on Google. I can’t say enough great things about the service I received from them. If you are in Atlanta and have something like this happen to you, DO NOT hesitate to use them,

Got a flat going through a drive through of a fast food restaurant and was stranded more than an hour from home with no spare and no jack. Found this company on Google and was on the phone with a friendly representative and a quote within 10 minutes. The pricing was fair and about the same cost as it would take to be towed and the price of a used tire from a shop. I & I made it simple and required minimal effort from me. I called around 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon, and while there was a slight delay between having the technician contact me with an ETA due to emergency vehicles on the interstate, I understand the priority of high risk vehicles blocking traffic compared to my simple flat in a parking lot. I feel that this company has a great concept, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a great future. While smaller in size they work hard and long hours. Terrific business for getting out of a unfortunate situation far from home.

I called them at 6:37am and they had my tire changed and back on my car by 8am on a Sunday morning. Not to mention they had a 19 inch tire available on such a short notice. There’s nothing else I need to explain. They deserve a great rating. I would definitely recommend them over many of the others that won’t even stay on the phone long enough to check their inventory.

I was stranded and have tires that are not commonly found at most places. To top it all off, I was over 3 hours from home with my son. Definitely not the way I wanted to spend a Sunday evening with work looming the next day. Thankfully I & I was able to come to my rescue! Not only did I receive excellent customer service over the phone but the gentleman that came out to fix replace my tires were AMAZING!!! They got me up and running in no time, took great care with my vehicle, answered any and every question I had and did it all with a smile in 90 degree heat! These guys are amazing, the dispatch was amazing. Definitely my #1 go to if I ever have any issues in the area!!
